苹果干
苹果洗好后,用苹果去核器将三或四只苹果去核。把线段从苹果的孔内穿过去,并打结。用线段的另一端把苹果挂在外面,在太阳底下晾干(或把苹果挂在烤箱架上,调至低温——65℃)。当苹果干后,将线撤去,切成片,即可食用。
